- What are you most proud of about your business?
I’m proud of the personal warmth that I bring to each relationship I build. In the beginning of my career, most of my clients were friends and family. This taught me an invaluable lesson- honesty and openness are the best ways to build loyal customers.
- What is your favorite part about doing business in the Twin Cities?
I’m a people-person, and I’ve found that my clients here in the Twin Cities are notably willing to sit down over a cup of coffee and just talk. Whether it’s about business, their life or even just the weather, you really get to know people. And that’s what life and business are all about- relationships.
